That 100 square meters apartment is in a Savoyard style chalet located at "La cour". The place is calm and not far away from the centre and Grand Massif Express lift. Ideal for families with kids with its one way access, children can play around safely.
It is located on the first floor of our Chalet under the mansard-roofed ceiling. The flat is suitable for for 6 people.

3 bedrooms (10, 15 and 16 m²), independent kitchen, a large living room (34 m²), 1 bath room and toilet, a play room for the kids, 1 balcony (facing south),
The apartment is furnished with lots of equipment: washing machines, oven, micro wave, TV, dvd player, stereo...

2 parking places, 1 staircase to the first floor with a little balcony facing the north, 1 terrace at the ground level with table and chairs.

Close to the centre of the Village of SAMOENS and few steps away from the Grand Massif Express. ()

 250 meters from the centre of village, 400 meters away from the grand massif Express (The cable car for ski slopes, free car park for 600 vehicles), 250 m from the bus station (links with the airport). See map in L7

Ideally situated++

The chalet is situated between the village of Samoëns and its ski-area: le Grand Massif comprises Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon and Sixt, with more than 75 lifts and over 270km of pists. The area is characterised by the extreme diversity of its skiing, from gentle blues and cruising reds, to difficult blacks and challenging off-pists terrain. There are snowboarding parks, an excellent ski-school and numerous, reasonably priced mountain restaurants.

I am also a ski Instructor. If you need any advises or ski lessons during your stay, don't hesitate to ask. The ski classes start on Sundays as well as Mondays !
