Departure |
The premises must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m. on the agreed
departure date. |
|
|
Key |
The keys will be given to you at your arrival. The owner will provide
the necessary information prior to arrival. |
|
|
Payment |
Payment is required upon acceptance of the rental agreement. Twenty
five per cent (25%) of the rental fee is required at time of booking. The balance is to
be paid at your arrival. |
|
|
Security
Deposit |
A security deposit of three hundred Euros (€300.00) in
certified cheque or cash is required for damage and cleaning. Assuming that the property
is vacated in the same condition prior to arrival including inventory of the home, the
security deposit will be returned no later than seven (7) days from the date of
departure. Tenant’s responsibility of costs and damages are not limited to the amount of
the security deposit. |

Cancellation |
The tenant has the right to cancel the booking up to 30 days prior to
the arrival rental date. A non refundable cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the
total payment of the rental period will be charged to the tenant. If cancellation takes
place later than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period then the cancellation
fee is one hundred percent (100%). |

Tenants
Responsibility |
The tenant is obliged to use the apartment and
all contents in a careful manner applicable to the item's purpose.
The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by the tenant
and/or the tenant’s guest(s). The tenant is personally responsible
for damages to persons or belongings during the rental period, as
owners insurance does not cover this. The tenant is responsible for,
maintaining the apartment and its outside terrace clean. Tenants
must remove all garbage upon departure. However, during the rental period,
the garbage is to
be placed in the nearest container. |

Our premise is a non smoking environment |
|
|
Pets |
Although the owners are pet lovers, guests may have allergies. As
such, no pets allowed. |
|

Extra cost If you want a set for a ..
single bed for 5.00 €uros/week
double bed for 7.00 €uros/week
Towel set for 3.00 €uros/week
Included :
Cooking linen, cleaning products, heating and the cleaning at the end
of your stay.
Extra charges:
Stay tax : 0.75 €/day by person, kids under 13 years old are
free of charge.
