Terms and Conditions

Cleaning :
The Chalet will be professionally disinfected between each client, hence the need to keep a gap day between each one when possible.. If, during the stay, one of the guest attests to a positive case at Covid-19, all present guests must leave the premises, in accordance with the rental contract, that is to say at the end of the agreed period.

Arrival :
Standard rental period is from Sunday to Sunday Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m Possibility for week end and short stays. All rental period subject to agreement according availability

Departure :
The premises must be vacated cleaned no later than 10.00 a.m. on the agreed departure date after quick check out with the owners or the cleaners.

Keys :
The keys will be in a box closed to entrance, ask for code. The owner will provide the necessary information prior to arrival and collect €1000 as a deposit (to be refunded 7 days after)

Payment :
Payment is required upon acceptance of the rental agreement.
Thirty per cent (30%) of the rental fee is required at time
of booking. The balance is to be paid one week before your arrival.
We accept payments by money transfer (Revolut, Paypal, IBAN),
cheques in Euro or cash.

Security Deposit :
A security deposit of one thousand Euros (1000.00 Euros) in certified cheque, cash or paypal (friendly) is required for any damage caused. Assuming that the property is vacated in the same condition prior to arrival including inventory of the home, the security deposit will be returned no later than seven (7) days from the date of departure. Tenant�s responsibility of costs and damages are not limited to the amount of the security deposit.

Cancellation : Updated june 1st 2025
Any cancellation must be notified using registered letter
Deposit is refunded if cancellation happens 61 days before arrival date.
Between 30 and 60 days, the tenant keeps the deposit, as a penalty clause.
Between 15 and 29 days, the tenant pays the owner the difference between his deposit and the equivalent of 50% of the total rent, as a penalty clause.
Between 0 and 14 days, the tenant pays the owner the difference between his deposit and the equivalent of 80% of the total rent, as a penalty clause.
With this covid period, arrangement could be made such as a report within the next 12 month at no costs

Tenants Responsibility :
The tenant is obliged to use the apartment and all contents in a careful manner applicable to the item's purpose. The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by the tenant and/or the tenant�s guest(s). The tenant is personally responsible for damages to persons or belongings during the rental period, as owners insurance does not cover this. The tenant is responsible for, maintaining the apartment and its outside terrace clean. Tenants must remove all garbage upon departure. However, during the rental period, the garbage is to be placed in the nearest container.

Our premise is a non smoking environment
Pets :
Although the owners are pet lovers, guests may have allergies. As such, no pets allowed.
